Recruiters are Not Really Part of The Recruitment Process………..

I was speaking to an employment lawyer the other day and was explaining what I do for my clients, and she interrupted me and said

“ its always struck me as funny that in the true sense, recruiters don’t actually get involved in the whole recruitment process at all – apart from sending CVs, do they?

I had to bite my tongue hard!

With 40 years of recruitment experience, I have learnt what business owners need when they are recruiting and it IS NOT JUST A PILE OF CVs!!
